Physical&chemical property: Colorless liquefied gas,specific weight is 0.921(D04 °C),boiling point is 12.3°C,melting point-136.4°C,slightly soluble in water,soluble in such organic solvents as ethanol,ether,carbon tetrachloride;it is combustible gas in room temperature; it will produce green flame with smoke when burnt, and generate gaseous chlorine hydride.

Main use: Mianly used as the raw materials for aluminium alkyl,tetraethyl lead,ethylcellulose,also as cooling agent ,anaesthetic,pesticide,ethylating agent,knock reducer for gasoline as well as the solvent for phosphor,sulphur,grease,resin and wax,often used as the catalyst of polypropylene.

Packing:In qualified pressuretight steel cylinder or stock tank.

The product is inflammable and explosive,insolation or high temperature should be avoided,explosion limit is 3.6-14.8%(V/V);keep Ethyl chloride away from naked fire.
